Our Policies

A return authorization must be obtained before returning any purchased products. Please call for return authorization. Items must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Items must be in new condition in original packaging. The original packaging must be in new condition with no marks or wear. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Electronic items including but not limited to PMDs, FICMs, IDMs, ECMs, are not eligible for returns. If an item is thought to be defective, please call customer service. Fuel additive is not eligible for returns.

We do not charge for the core at the time of purchase, the customer has 10 business days from the date of purchase to return all cores to us. If cores are not received within the 10-day, core return period, the customer’s credit card held on file will be charged the actual core charge associated with the item description. A credit card on file will be required all on purchases requiring a core return.

Core credit will not be issued for cores that have been in a fire, disassembled, are damaged or broken.

The customer is responsible for all core return shipping costs.
